Coming Soon: 1st Job Shadowing Trip to Lithuania

In June 2026, the first of two planned study trips for our employees to Lithuania will take place.

What is it about? Employees of Baťův kanál, o.p.s. will travel to meet with international partners to observe their colleagues at work in real-world settings. This so-called job shadowing allows for active observation of best practices in both technical and organizational areas. Our goal is to gain valuable inspiration and apply modern international practices to our waterway.

We will publish detailed information and results from the trip after it takes place.
